MTN you are not getting it right!

My cell phone contract recently got taken over by MTN when Altech Autopage sold their book to them. What a disaster. I have had the contract for close on 20 years and hardly had an issue. Since MTN took over, it has just been a nightmare. First they cut me off (on a day of critical business for me) because my debit order details were not transferred as explicitely promised in all the communication.

I no longer have itemised billing which I always had in the past and despite requesting it numerous times I still don't have it, so I am unable to prove and claim for my business calls made.

Today my outgoing calls have been suspended AGAIN, because aparently I have reached my credit limit of R548. I have NEVER had a credit limit, nor have I ever requested one! Who has a rediculous limit of under R600 anyway. This is the worst service ever!!!!
