MTN you are ***** and *******

Don't bother with these ****bags. Got a contract 1y and 6m ago. Never received the cellphone what is being charged for. Tried for 6 months now to try and rectify the issue. Every time promises are being made and then weeks go by without hearing anything about the issue then I have to call again. These people couldn't care 2 cents if u r being helped or not. It is a hassle to deal with the level of incompetence and *****s at mtn. They can't even do something simple like sending out a cellphone that was never received. The last person I spoke to told me I should be privileged to even speak to him, like somehow it is my problem if they can't do their job. Do not deal with this company the rot runs so deep, don't know why they pay the ceo millions if the ground level staff is so *****ed upped.
