MTN you are bullies and ****, you demanding that I pay for contract I never used

MTN you gave me number that is banned from whatsapp , I specifically requested number that I can use for whatsapp and calls , I then phoned your call centre following day and I was told number will be converted to prepaid.You are just bunch of bullies because you gave me wrong number and also demanding that I pay for contract that was cancelled this number is banned***
