MTN YOU ARE *******

I had app**** for a router month to month payment plan, it was delivered and it didn't work. I took it back to cradlestone mall at mtn where I was turned away and was told to call the person who gave me this "contract" to cancel it. Now to my shock when did I apply for 2 yr contract?? To top it all I was told the area was 5- 8 km away from where I was staying. I then drove to Krugersdorp the same day, where I was also turned away because the shop was closing in 20 mins. I then went back to calling mtn to get a cancellation, I was given this number *** and ask to speak to Sharon. She advised me to take the router to Northgate mtn where everything was cancelled. To my surprise come month end they debited from my bank, more than R600 was taken for what?? I then call the same Sharon who told me it was mtn who didn't cancel, I followed the right procedure in cancelling the contract and now I'm paying for their mistake. I really hate this network, my son needs clothes while they are holding my money hostage for no reason. Who does that? because now trying to get hold of this Sharon proved to be hard and I want my money back. Hence I'm calling you and your people ******, ****MERS AND *******. Who does that to a single parent in Dec nogal, you such a disgrace, pay back the money and stop robbing people of their hard earned cash, Maybe I must write to your Ombudsman and find out if they are aware this is happening.
