MTN you absolutely suck!

MTN your service and your turn-around time is absolutely appalling! I have spent more than 5 hours on hold over the past week (and never got connected to a consultant even ONCE). I have been into a store to speak to a consultant AND sent you a private message on FB asking for your assistance. Still nothing from you!!!!!!!! What does it take to get to speak to an actual person and for someone to help me????????????
