MTN yet again disappoints

I am annoyed with MTN. Logged I call with the call centre on Sunday Morning for my limit to be increased. So that my daughter can access data in Kenya. Which they failed to advise me on Friday the 6 of October when I asked for assistance with roaming. We set up roaming before my daughter’s departure to Kenya on Saturday. When she arrived there on Sunday the data was not working. Called MTN and l was advise that I must increase my limit for my daughter to be able to use data. The gentle man advised me he can’t do it on his side, then he logged a query for it to be action on Monday. Still waiting for my query to be resolved. Been calling MTN with no joy. A mere supervisor can’t even resolve the matter not even escalate it.
