MTN, Yellow... with nauseous frustration
Last year my MTN account was stopped while there was a case of ***** being looked at. In the end it was all good and nothing to worry about. However I didn't pay for 2 months during the time. I then started making repayments to get back on even terms, they had already handed me over to legal. I have now squared the account and been paying but am still in legal status. I have been fighting for the better part of a year to get it removed, every time I think is is resolved I call back a week later to see nothing has been done. This is easily the most frustrating process I had to deal with for a phone!! Pathetic service MTN, pathetic!! I'll be cancelling as soon as you clown shoes wake the F*** up and see I've been paying all along!!!

06 Mar 2018, 15:12The Balance shouldn't be there because I never asked to close the account!!! I had to pay up for the time the debit order was stopped, which I did. I have explained this 100 times. This outstanding balance was if the account was closed! I never asked for it to be closed, why can you not see this on any of the 80 emails that should be logged in your systems??????????
