MTN Yellow pathetic company

Worst service ever...My wife tried to purchase a contract online, did everything and checked out, after checking out it said a customer representative will call you back...its been a week now with no call.. Today she decided to call mtn to purchase the contract via phone, now the person says the deal is no longer available...now whose fault is that when they do not call back...not 1 store would answer their phone as well...this is MTN at its best....rather pay more and go to vodacom
