MTN Yellow buck

I sent an email query to MTN customer service regarding Yellow Bucks which points don't go up, they've been on 1 point for most of the year of which I recharge almost every week, I sent a mail 6 days ago and I haven't received explanation on what's happening and I've been following up but it seems my mails are being ignored not. I had a same problem in March this year and it was never resolved still.
