MTN yello - more like wish it was goodbye

Wifi router is terrible, you pay monthly and it hardly ever works, you can't contact them most times because their technicians only work until a certain time of day or the option to speak to a human dissapears. When you lodge a complaint no feedback is given. Keep getting told there's a barring and the technicians will sort it out. It's never been sorted. I spend more money buying data and phoning the call centre than what I am able to use this service. If you can call it that. Can't cancel because then they want you to pay to get out of the contract. I have never experienced such a lack of service from a service provider before. I'm a very unhappy frustrated and ticked off customer and would not recommend this service to anyone.
