MTN- Yello fleecing customers

Hi Just to inform any would-be customer of MTN, the service is good going in but atrocious on the way out. They make it virtually impossible to cancel your contract in time so as to avoid extra charges. The consultants lie to you, the first lie is you are too early then you must cancel on a specific date, then they don't answer their phones. The app is also useless as you cannot use it to cancel. There is no customer complaints number just an email that no one responds to. I believe their systems are set up this way to milk customers on the way out. I am on my way to the bank hopefully they can help me stop the debits.
