Mtn Yello Data

I am really ****ed off with MTN. I got a call a lady named Precious who sold me the Yello Data on 6 Jan 2016 and she said I would receive 250mb after we spoke but i didn't receive anything. I then called MTN to find out why I didn't the data as promised and the guy I spoke to said he doesn't even what Yello Data is and said he won't be able to help me, rather I go to an MTN store maybe they will be able to help. But I said to myself let me leave it I'll buy data they way I have been buying it. To my surprise they went and deducted my money from my bank account for something that I didn't receive. Mtn Yello data will you please give me back my money and never ever again deduct money from my account. ***0-1: this is the so called ref number that I got after my call with precious
