MTN XtraTime is a BIG ****

MTN XtraTime is a BIG ****. I never joined and actually very seldom use my MTN account. Needed to add funds for SMS usage and money was deducted from the top-up I paid for......"money I owed them".

I don't have a contract with MTN so how on earth can I owe them money - and that for things that I did not use.

MTN......your reputation in this industry is so *****ed then you do things like this.

Will be porting my number - been your client for over 20 years but with this you really sunk to new lows.
