MTN-Wrong contract advise, airtime money went missing

<p> After many phone calls to the service provider and the shop, Went into the shop on Sa****ay and we lodge queries from last week, nobody is coming back to us. The wrong advise was given with the upgrade and there is almost R2000 of airtime missing in action.</p>
