MTN wrong contract

I made a data contract over the phone with MTN Retentions on the 24 July 2019. They gave me the wrong contract and for the past 7 months I tried in vain to get the right contract send to me. After at least 20 calls I still cant manage to speak to a superviser and they refuse togive back the data they owe me that I paid for. The data I receive every month is also still wrong.
