MTN WRONG BILLING
Mtn has billed me on an account which has already been paid up 3 years ago. they have been billing and pestering me for the past 12 months, and though they can not provide me with a detailed statement of account to show how did they arrive at the figure they are requesting from me. its sad as i payed the account in full when the contract ended. 3 years later, i am being charged and harrased for an account that is supposed to be closed.
