MTN wow bonus is a marketing ****
Any offer to a client which is accepted, is a contract. A contract without terms and conditions, or stated in clear and unambiguous terms is ******* andspecifically legislated.<br> MTN's Wow Bonus has been repeatedly offered to me.. This offer is made with no indication or even any allusion to any restrictions or terms and conditions being applicable. I have to search online to find out why I wasted the money to receive the benefits, but am left wondering why I am not receiving the offer promised - and therefore rendering any \contract"about as ethical as forced opt-in services. After some investigation I was only able to figure out why and how Ive been suckered into this ****-marketing. I received the offer regardless that my plan doesn't qualify. The message is forced onto my phone via USSD. Opt-Out USSD codes do kindly tell me I dont qualify on my plan"
