MTN - WoW - 3 days to process a contract and still not done

MTN is taking ridiculously long to process a simple thing like a contract. It has been 3 days and still the contract in not processed. With other providers, you walk into the store and walk out with your handset. About half an hour later. This is now 72 hours later and still no word back.
