MTN wow
I have been recharging and buying data for the past 2 weeks and when this happens I happen to receive this free wow airtime. My problem is when I get this free airtime and data, I lose the airtime I had and data that was already on the phone. When I call customer care to find out what is happening as this has never happened before, there is no option to wait for an operator, I get hold to cal later. I have even changed from mtn zone and back to call per second because of this. Next step will be me porting my number to another network. And I don't want to have to do that as I love MTN. Something needs to be done about this ASAP!

Kindly note that when you receive the WOW airtime and data the FREE airtime value shall deplete at R2.90/minute and billed per minute for MTN to MTN voice calls. The SMS's shall deplete at 50c for MTN to MTN SMS's. The free airtime will deplete before the recharge airtime. The FREE WOW MB will deplete first before all other data accounts.
