Sales person promises you a dual sim phone when taking a contract. Only to realise that the phone is not dual sim when you reach home.

The staff shows lack of knowledge of what the contract offers.

I suggest that anyone who wants to take a contract with them ask to speak to the manger or use a service provider who actually know what they doing.
