MTN WORST TELECOMMUNICATIONS EVER

On the 22nd I app**** for router online assisted by Noxolo which was concluded with me having to make upfront payment, on the 23rd received email saying my order was out for delivery then on the 24th seeing the time without getting a call I called courier company which confirmed that they've been trying to contact me to make delivery when for a contact number they said the number they have is not the one they have I must call MTN to update my details then I spoke to Okuhle who said I failed authentication since asked for numbers I don't know as one of mine when asked for superior she dropped the call on me. 27th I don't have the handset and courier company says MTN must update my details at the store they say it must be done online they can't help don't know if I will ever get help or even cancel and get my refund since no one is helping me out. The MTN service is so poor to an extent that I ignored the reviews but am experiencing bad service as well
