MTN WORST TELCO EVER!! - STILL IS!!

Hi Farhaana, MTN

I don't know what high horse you are sitting on to address this, but what you wrote doesn't make any form of sense.

At the time you were writing your message, I was at your Allandale Walk-In Center trying to resolve the issue to no avail. I don't know you who you are talking to, but NO ONE HAS CALLED, EMAILED, TWEETED, FACEBOOKED, SMSED to say they are willing to help resolve the problem and came back with an answer. NO ONE!! I don't know why you have people working without any output!!

You can call Nthabiseng at your Allandale Center, You can speak to Sibusiso we spent over 2 hours for him to even propose a solution and yet I'm 3 days after EVEN THAT SOLUTION THAT SIBUSISO from Credit proposed HAS NOT WORKED!!!

I was told that you have set a credit limit and you can't set back my credit limit back to what it was before I upgraded at the beginning of August.

They have said the solution is that I WILL HAVE TO BE BUYING AIRTIME TO LOAD!! So why do I have a contract phone?

I got an SMS that it will take 2-24 hours, this is 6 days after and No apologies and no Resolution!!

So I'm sorry to tell you, It is not resolved!!

Hello augustinea,

Thank you for your post.

We apologize for the delayed response and for any inconvenience incurred.

Kindly note that the credit limit is a vetting tool used during the application and based on your affordability. The limit was decrease as per the information received from ITC. For further assistance regarding this you can contact the ITC department on ***.

Please note that the account is on an open package and no usage limit has been placed on the account, any further usage from the SIM card will be added to the account as packet switch data charges.

Kind Regards,

Alice van der Merwe
