MTN worst sim swap service Ever!

Recently had my cellphone ****** and went for a sim swap at a Mtn store.

I was told it would take maximum 24 hours for new sim card to be active, and from previous experience it usually took less than 4 hours.

It's been almost 2 days now and my sim is still not working. Went to the Mtn store and all they did was reference the issue annd gave me a phone number to contact and said hopefully it will be working by tomorrow.

Poor service!
