MTN - Worst services provider ever

I have been struggling for almost a year with MTN, they are charging me for 2 x phone, whereby the one phone has been returned to them a year ago on the same day it was ordered as it was the wrong phone deal. they are still charging me for the phone. and the more I contact them the less they do.
