Mtn worst service providers

Mtn service is appalling! My contract with them came to end last year and they have continued debitibg thousands of rands to date. When I went to the store in Bedford Centre I got zero assistance from the staff there just a promise from one of the consultant to email head office and that they would call in 48 hours but dead silence. I've sent an email 3 weeks ago and still the matter has not been attended to! Next step will be ombudsman we work too hard for our money to be ****** in broad daylight. SAVE YOURSELF AND DON'T GET A CONTRACT FROM MTN!!!
