MTN worst service provider in SA

Since July 2021 I have been paying for a business contract with MTN. Since day one we have had issues with the network in our area, I have lodged so many complaints and queries with MTN but they simply refuse to help. That is if i can get through to an agent. I have been to a branch and reported my issues, again no help. When you call their customer care line and follow the prompts to speak to an agent it simply says you selected an invalid option. All they know how to do efficiently is take your money. I don’t think posting here will help my situation but hopefully someone who is looking to get a contract with mtn will read this and go elsewhere.
