MTN - Worst service provider in SA!

MTN - Most ***********, useless Service provider! Now going on to 4 months without any feedback on ongoing dispute! MTN wont cancel existing contract without settlement of "automatic" system rates they never advised me off! Total violation of consumer right to be made aware of any changes on a contract according to the Consumer Protection Act, No.68 of 2008. Been on the phone from 8am this morning trying to cancel the contract. Line dropped twice and held on for 4 hours and then again for 2 hours without any cancellation!! Went to MTN local Vryheid branch who dont even have the authority to cancel a settled contract! Totally useless!! Never do business with MTN, you will live to regret it!
