MTN Worst service provider in SA

MTN is the worst service provider ever. We received our contract phones from the courier yesterday. And we tried contacting mtn activation centre to activate the contract sims. Called twice and both times we held on for 16 minutes, no answer. Why did they offer my husband contracts phones if he won't even be able to use them. Worst service ever. That's Why I will never port to Mtn
