MTN - Worst service provider for service!

HI MTN

I have handed my I Phone 11 in at MTN Irene mall on the 19 September the Saturday at a lady Vanessa

Have called numerous time and still don’t have any form of feedback or when my phone will be ready. All they can say they are waiting for parts.

Had written a complaint to the complaints departs (***) and they only send me an Enquiry Reference Number ***, but still nothing They are not helpful or willing to help at all. Don't give me feedback or update.

Definitely, the worst service provider I have dealt with.

Do yourself a favour and don't use them!
