MTN WORST SERVICE PROVIDER EVER EXPERIENCED

Worst ever service A ********** contract was taken out in my name for a Samsung Galaxy for 24 months at R 1349 per month. I reported the ***** case at 2 MTN branches and despite that the the ********** contract was not cancelled and yet another debit order went off my bank account end May 2022 . I just do not know what to do because although their branch wants to assist nothing happens
