mtn worst service provider ever

This is the most ****ed up service I have ever received I canceled my contract on the 30th of July They never informed me of my contract ending on the 11th of August all I get is a notification on the 13th charging me double what my bill is. When queried and escalated as I have the recordings where they state my account will remain the same They tell me that I have been Charged Double and that will remain I do not recommend MTN to anyone ever again
