MTN - Worst service provider ever!!
After our first report of the very bad MTN services they send back a report that they would look into the problem. Since then we have not heard anything from them up until today where they phoned my husband and tells him that our services will be suspended as we are in arrears and we are not paying. I pay our account via EFT on the first of every month. These'\arrears"\"" being from the time they billed us for the data that we went over from the amount that we receive every month"
