MTN Worst service provider

Worst company to take a contract with not only do they take customers as jokes but also have 0% of customer interaction and soft skills I spoke to several consultants asking to cancel my diamond package I was promised gladly so that it would be cancelled I called today after I received my billing sms and not surprisingly it has been included I spoke to the most *********** consultant by the name of Kusile to get a clear understanding why I have been billed for something I have cancelled she showed no sympathy but you could here the girl was fed up I need MTN to sort this out ASAP I need my bill to be updated accordingly otherwise I am going to take this up further a bunch of ****** working to wipe our accounts
