MTN- WORST SERVICE PROVIDER

I received a call from ***, the person was named Nathaniel, he said somebody was trying to activate a sim swop and he was calling from MTN to stop the activation. He proceeded to send me an OTP which came from MTN 136, he then transferred all my loyalty points and airtime to himself.I proceeded to call MTN to report the incident and the consultant said there was nothing she could do nor could she stop or block the number and she was aware of the **** going around,upon asking to speak to a supervisor she said the turnaround around time for a call back would be 2-24hours as she is working remotely. WHY HAS MTN NOT ADVISED USERS OF THE ********???? Pathetic service!!!!!!
