MTN Worst Service Provider

I wrote a complaint about MTN with their debt collectors last year regarding their bad attitude and how they using their status as a big company to destroy people life's. After my complaint MTN responded via a lady by the name on Mantoa Morusi who is the CIP administrator. At first she was helpful but later disappeared after sending the following email.<br> Hi Albert, <br> The matter was resolved and a request was sent through to our legal team to update the payment profile as well. I will follow up with our legal team and revert backk to you on Monday because I am out of office today.<br> Kind Regards, <br> Mantoa Morusi <br> CIP Administrator<br> [Email Removed]<br> <br> Ever since they sent the above email I followed up with MTN nothing happened even though they had said everything will be updated with their legal team. Till today I still have to deal with the rude consultants from Shapiro Shaik headed by a manager with Moyo surname. She is unprofessional and very rude the only thing she said is I should pay or I will be black listed at ITC. I explained my name shouldn't have been handed over cause I did everything right to cancel my contract. I will continue to write until they hear me.
