MTN WORST SERVICE PROVIDER!!!

MTN is the worst service provider ever. I have been struggling to get assistance from them to do a simple swim swap for 4 days now. Meaning for 4 days i have not had a phone , i have been to the store, i have called their call center several times but i keep getting told i dont know how to help you resolve the error. Clearly they dont care about keeping me as a customer if they are okay with their client not having access to their number. Dont bother signing up with them, they are all useless!!!
