MTN worst service provider

I live in Walkerville. For the last 3 weeks we've had hardly any internet connectivity. First we were told that they are doing maintenance on 4 towers. They can give me no time limit on when it will be fixed. Keep on losing the signal when you try and log into the Internet , keep on dropping calls. We have a business cannot do our business , Losing thousands off rand everyday but yet they take my money on the debit order for a service that I cannot use and when I do not use my data by a certain date , because I cannot get any internet connection, they take that as well. Worst service provider I have ever come across. One off their consultants was not even aware that the logo you see displayed on your screen is your service provider he thought it was the company you bought the phone from. Absolutely pathetic.
