MTN worst service provider

I paid my account on the 27/02 the full amount using the same reference ive used for two years, I then received a sms around the 03/03 informing me my account has not been paid. I called Mtn on the 03/03 to sort this and got nowhere, between then and now ive sent about six emails with proof of payment and a bank statement attached, ive created two queries on the mymtn website around the 13/03 to which ive received no reply. My services have been suspended for a week even-though ive asked Mtn not to suspend as they have not allocated the payment and I have not received my data or minutes so I guess im paying for no reason other than to be utterly annoyed and unreachable on a mobile phone. I posted this review on the 19th and was then rep**** to by Mtn with instructions to yet again send everything ive sent a bunch of times and yet again I have not been helped. I have now sent another 4 emails. Other then the fact that Mtn has been wasting my time and not providing me with the services im paying for im receiving threatening messages from Mtn.

Reviewer Update
Hi Alice my services have been turned off i am not able to use service i have paid for? i will try and contact my bank tomorrow and see if i can get a letter from them confirming the payment as i see you need more than the proof of payment, my services have now been off for a total of close to three weeks will i be reimbursed as i paid for those services? i will also like to bring to your attention that i have requested about ten times that my phone is put on pay as you go once my contract expires. to my surprise i received data and so on on Saturday morning, i would be fine paying for this but unfortunately my services are turned off so im not even able to use these services you have ********ly forced upon me. please be better than the rest of your colleagues and reply to me. My anger is not directed towards you but rather the company you work for.
