MTN worst service on the planet

<p>MTN offers the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I took out a phone on contract with them as well as insurance. It has been two and a half months since I handed in my phone for a screen repair and I still have not heard anything from them. Even after going in to the store a few times, they cannot tell me what is the status of my phone and a lady called Penny was extremely rude. i would not advise anyone to insure devices through them. such a waste of time amd money</p>
