MTN - worst service / no service

My contract was accidently cancelled by MTN. I have been sending mails to their legal department for the past 2 weeks. NO RESPONSE from MTN legal for the past 2 weeks. E-mailed the complaints department - NO RESPONSE FROM THEM EITHER WORST< PATHETIC service I have ever come across. I use my phone for business and have lost a lot of business in the past 2 weeks. Will never make use of them again
