MTN - WORST Service imaginable

I would give no stars if i could.

How ridiculous is it that you cannot get a hold of MTN Waterfall mall Rustneburg. Every number on social media or the internet does not exist and then to call the Customer Care line only to be told they dont have the number for them either.

I was told they would contact me on Monday regarding my phone i ordered. It is Thursday and still nothing. Its not the first time and by the looks of things i'll have to move. The service is absolutely appalling.
