Worst experience ever . Got a online sim card it is now more than 72 hours with no activation. Phone in many times to be told it takes 24 hours to activate next day nothing, phone again no something is wrong with your Rica do it with the online app 10 times with no success i Email they open a case to escalate the matter next day reciece email case is closed with no results stil no activation yet. Delivery driver got all documents and finger print scan before they wil deliver you must give proof of residence. MTN self Rica is a hoax Delivery driver Rica is a hoax MTN cutomer service worst no one knows what to do just try tomorrow again. Please stay away from MTN far away . I wil make it my life mission on every plat form and social media to expose there useless service
