MTN WORST SERVICE EVER WITHOUT A DOUBT

I am extremely upset I got an upgrade from summer mobile *** but less than a month after receiving my new phone the screen started acting up so I called MTN carnival mall I was told to bring the phone to the shop they can send it back. But I was told they can not help me because I do not have the POD from DSV they will not even help me. So I called summer mobile and it has been day 16 and still nobody has attempted to collect this phone. Funny enough they took there DEBIT order that they did but nobody seems willing or able to assist me all I am good for is collecting my money. This is the worst service even government does a better job assisting me
