MTN worst service EVER from the Sales Department! Happy to take your money but not supply the goods!

I purchased a Samsung phone off the MTN website on the 11th August 2026 for my son's birthday, with 1-3 business days stated as the delivery time period. The following week I had still not received the phone and went in store to purchase it. However, I want to cancel my order with MTN online and have the R3299,00 I originally paid, refunded back to me. Not one person has been able to find my order, even with the order number, and to date (27 August 2026), I have not been able to get confirmation of the cancellation or the amount refunded! I am absolutely appalled at MTN and their sales team. I am out of pocket with them and cannot get hold of ANYONE who can actually help me resolve this matter! I have been with MTN for over 30 years and I am beyond angry at how difficult this process has become! I want urgent feedback to resolve this matter!
