MTN worst service ever

MTN is the worst service provided. The in store manager is no help at all. Vetting department is unavailable for 5 days. This for a client that has been with MTN for over 20 years. I was first told to increase my credit limit which was approved but then they send my application to vetting again for another 2 days. It's now day 5 and still no feedback at all. This is affecting my credit rating and this just to get a cheap cellphone contract. I'm disgusted and furious over this. Even worse it's for my child and he is crying every day.
