MTN worst service ever.

Good day i have a complaint to log with mtn wifi. My service has been cut because accounts department made a mistake with my billing. I have been trying to get it sorted for the past 2 days. The call centre staff are unhelpful and my ticket is still open meaning no one has attended to the issue yet. I paid upfront for a service that im not getting. It is long past the 24 hrs.
