MTN - Worst Service ever!!!!!!!!!!!

Pathetic - you must call the call centre speak to 6 people already, repeat your problem and then get transferred to the next consultant and then re-explain the whole problem again!!! And guess what you are transferred to another consultant without being told they are now transferring you - repeat the whole story and now it is going to take another 24 hours to solve the problem!!!!! It was 48 hours and now another 24 hours!!!!!!!!!!!!!! really pathetic service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
