MTN: Worst Service Ever

Extremely poor service. I started the process of getting a business contract with them on 1 April 2020. Currently it is 09/06/2020 and the process is still not complete. Poor communication and refusal to answer calls. The consultant attending to my contract is Nelson Tsweu Sekhampu and he is no help at all. I have eventually received the cellphone, but have now been trying for almost a week to get hold of Nelson to hear when the contract will be activated. Extremely bad experience
