MTN Worst Service Ever

Hello Peter Hi there

I have been trying to get MTN Complaints and Legal department to send me a statement since October Last year . They handed me over for only a portion of the fees and I have since paid it off and received a clearance letter . I continue to pay an amount directly to MTN but they still refuse to send me a statement. So I really do not know how to sort this matter out. They have still cut me off and I cannot access any MTN Systems to get a statement. They refuse to assist , in the mean time I am paying them monthly and they refuse to speak to me or answer my emails . I am literally paying for something I cannot use . They have told me that they are not allowed to put calls through to their legal department ....... so how does one sort anything out they don't take calls and they don't respond to emails .
