MTN - WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

I ordered a data home package after MTN had told me it was compatible with my wifi ****le, however after receiving the SIM card and struggling to set it up the technical department informed it was not compatible. The following work day I phoned to cancel the package which was well within the cooling off period. MTN has since then debited my account whilst failing to cancel said package. I've tried calling to find out what's going on and waited on the phone for a total of 40 mins. Eventually after getting through they cut my call. My cell phone is due for an upgrade with them but there is no way I am upgrading with them until the home data package has been canceled and my money refunded to me.
